Flour – Potato Starch, Brown Rice, Flour Sorghum, Arrowroot (xanthan gum is included and packaged separately in the brown bag with flour).
Cinnamon– Cinnamon
Apple Pie Spice – (Mc Cormicks) Cinnamon, nutmeg & Allspice. (All McCormick’s single ingredient spices include nothing but the spice, and their spice blends like Italian Seasoning and Salad Supreme Seasoning, contain no gluten)
Cinnamon sugar topping – Cinnamon & sugar
