What is the GF Baking Club for Kids?

The Gluten Free Baking Club for Kids is a safe and inclusive space for GF Kids to gain confidence in the kitchen, build community with other gluten free peers and bake DELICIOUS gluten free treats. We also help children navigate dairy and egg free baking and everything is always nut free.

How often do you host virtual baking classes?

LIVE virtual baking classes (Bake-Alongs) are hosted once a month. What we bake is always announced on the first of every month. All classes are generally held the 3rd Sunday of every month. If there is a holiday or conflict, the class is usually on the fourth Sunday of the month.

What ingredients make up the Paola’s OWN All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend?

This proprietary flour blend is made up of just 4 ingredients. It is made up of Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum and Arrowroot. Every baker receives a 375 gram bag (3 cups) of flour each month. In addition, bakers are given access to our Club Cookbook that gives you specific details and the recipe so you can blend it on your own or it can also be purchased at stayglutenfree.com if your child would like to do additional baking.

Does the flour come in the Baker’s Boxes?

Yes. Each “Baker’s Box” includes a 375 gram bag (3 cups) of flour and xanthan gum.

What if something comes up and I cannot make the virtual class or the date just doesn’t work for us?

No problem. All classes come with a step by step video that is available in our Club Cookbook. This also allows bakers to bake each recipe time and time again. Bakers receive Club Cookbook access as long as they are an active member.
